It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and this year is extra special as we mark our 10th anniversary! We are thrilled to bring everyone together for 2 days of learning, collaboration, and celebration. For a full decade, we’ve poured our hearts and souls into fostering educational excellence, and now it’s time to honor that journey together.

In this interactive session you will learn quick, easy and effective ways to create motivation for paraprofessionals and a positive classroom environment. We will go through research based strategies, effective practices to give paraprofessionals autonomy and roles within the classroom, and reinforcement strategies for adults. There will be time for sharing effective strategies and personal anecdotes. Bring your entire self contained, collab class or resource team!
