It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and this year is extra special as we mark our 10th anniversary! We are thrilled to bring everyone together for 2 days of learning, collaboration, and celebration. For a full decade, we’ve poured our hearts and souls into fostering educational excellence, and now it’s time to honor that journey together.

Type B personalities are all around us. You may work with one, you may teach one, or you may be one. No one can deny that they are sometimes difficult to work with, I mean there is a reason they get called "hot messes". Before you pack up their doom boxes and ship them off come learn about the benefits these individuals bring. In this session will will help provide the why they are like they are, along with providing tips on how to work alongside, teach or, live with this very distinct personality.
