It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and this year is extra special as we mark our 10th anniversary! We are thrilled to bring everyone together for 2 days of learning, collaboration, and celebration. For a full decade, we’ve poured our hearts and souls into fostering educational excellence, and now it’s time to honor that journey together.

Staff will learn strategies to review data sources used to make ARD committee decisions as well as how to confidently speak to this information in ARDs and feel confident in your recommendations. Staff will also have the opportunity to practice these strategies and leave with tools that can be implemented next week!

We will go through research based strategies, effective practices to give paraprofessionals autonomy and roles within the classroom, and reinforcement strategies for adults. There will be time for sharing effective strategies and personal anecdotes. Bring your entire self contained, collab class or resource team!
